You send 100% payment after the approved sketch or before the sketch. In some cases, we can make payments in installments, for example, 50/50, this can be discussed.

I do not make refunds or refuse orders if the art process has already begun;

I am sending you the work process (usually 1-3 wips for the entire cycle of work on art);

You can ask me to make fixes (but after the agreed sketch, you can't completely ask me to start over, for example, ask me to draw a completely different character or completely change the pose, only for an additional fee);

Timeline is subject to change, however, you will always be updated during changes;

If the work needs to be completed by some holiday, such as a birthday, please let me know in advance;

If you want your commission to remain anonymous and I did not specify your nickname when posting, please let me know in advance. Also, if the work cannot be published on social networks, also let me know in advance, this point will be discussed by us at the start of the work.

You can't reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off it);

You can't claiming the artwork as your own;

You can purchase a commercial right, which will be 100% of the cost of the artwork (that is, for example, if the character's ref sheet cost $120, then the final price would be $240). This means that you can use the artwork, the character, etc. in such cases as, for example, you post my work to attract attention on your social networks to sell some of your services or goods, collecting donations or, for example, use the character design for your VTuber model and stream with it, use the character as a mascot for a personal brand, etc.;

Purchasing commercial rights does not mean that you can literally "resell" artwork, for example, by making prints on T-shirts, canvases, or making book covers. Such cases are discussed individually;

Сharacters of my authorship can be resold for personal use if they have any new art. But if the new owner wants to use the character for commercial purposes, new owner should contact me.
